Jason Westland

Jason Westland, CEO and Founder

Our CEO has a lengthy Project Management career. With 15 years experience managing multi-million dollar projects, building high growth companies and creating new project management products, he knows his stuff.

He is the author of "The Project Management Life Cycle" and has overseen thousands of projects around the world.

Greatest challenge
"My greatest challenge was managing the £1billion Strategic Alignment project at British Rail. It was a huge project, with tight deadlines and lots of pressure, the perfect proofing ground for Method123."

Personal Interests
Ice climbing, scuba diving, travelling and building high growth companies.


Pamela Good

Pamela Good, Partner Program Director

With over 15 years as a software development manager, coupled with a master's degree in education, Pamela brings a unique blend of skills to the Method 123 partner programs. Her commitment to excellence and goal-driven nature are the driving force behind developing programs that empower our partners to implement and instruct in our project methodology.

Greatest challenge
"Juggling hundreds of projects for multiple development teams pushes you to the limits of creativity in allocating resources and managing deadlines. Continually bringing multiple projects to successful completion, while keeping your sanity, is always a challenge!"

Personal Interests
Travelling, studies in natural health, programming, fitness, wine tasting.


Craig Nicholson

Craig Nicholson, Technical Director

Method123's technical director brings over 16 years of IT&T experience to the company.

After starting as a developer with IBM, his career has seen him take on a wide and varied array of technical leadership roles within Government and commercial organizations.

Greatest challenge
"My first role with the British Government involved managing the installation of several significant software upgrades, to a mission critical system, for the Ministry of Defence. Sitting in a room full of the military's top senior officers, discussing their strategic and tactical software needs gave me a huge buzz (and several grey hairs!)"

Personal Interests
Cycling, half marathon running, cricket, rugby and spending quality time with my wife and 3 young boys.
