What is a Quality Form?
A Quality Form, otherwise known as a Quality Review Form, helps you measure the quality of a set of deliverables. On the Quality Form, any quality deviations from the quality standard set will be identified and recommendations for improvements added. This Quality Form also helps you measure the quality of your processes. By implementing this Quality Form for your team, you can take one step further towards total quality management.
When do I use a Quality Form?
A Quality Form should be completed each time you want to review the quality of someone’s work. On the Quality Form, you can document the results of the quality review undertaken and state whether the correct quality processes have been followed. The Quality Form may be completed by anyone in your team, or an independent quality reviewer may complete a Quality Form as part of their quality assurance review. A team leader may also use a Quality Form to document the results of a quality review undertaken. Once competed, a Quality Form is presented to senior management for approval.
